Although Kelly grew up playing sports, she was not always comfortable in the gym. She understands what it’s like to walk into a gym and feel intimidated, overwhelmed, and simply not know where to begin. With effort and consistency Kelly quickly became comfortable strength training in the gym and her passion for fitness grew immensely.
Kelly graduated from The College of Saint Rose, in upstate New York, with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a concentration in Industrial Organization. She believes that exercise is fundamental to living a well-balanced life both physically and mentally. She genuinely enjoys helping people build a bridge between their current habits and the lifestyle they wish to achieve.

Cris has been an ACE and Master Heart Zone Trainer for the last 10 years after a twenty year career in Social Work. She also co-authored “Fresh Off the Couch: What you didn’t know about fitness makes all the difference.” Cris specializes in helping people overcome obstacles to fitness from the mental to the physical: from issues of bone density to fibromyalgia. She is an instructor for indoor cycling classes and enjoys participating in triathlons as well as half marathons. Being a cardio exercise specialist Cris believes in: “Using your heart to change your mind about fitness!”

Keith has been a trainer at the gym the past five years and a member since 1986. He came to Seattle in 1977 as Public Relations Director for the original Seattle Sounders after spending the previous four years in the same capacity with the Milwaukee Brewers. Keith holds a degree in communications from Lindenwood University in St. Louis and has been inducted into the school's Athletic Hall of Fame. Following his career in professional sports he became Publisher of Seattle Magazine and has worked in media, public relations and sales. His training philosophy is very simple and motivating. "What can we do today in order for you to come back tomorrow."

Kiwani holds a Bachelor of Science degree form Bastyr University in Nutrition and Exercise Science.
A client once told her “You know the struggle”, and she does. After a 60lb weight loss as a teenager, health and fitness became the driving force in her life influencing both personal and professional choices. In her twenties Kiwani was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, Hashimoto’s hypothyroidism. She knows what it’s like to de dissatisfied with your body or fitness level. She also knows that you have the power to change that. Through client programing with attention to form and consistency, Kiwani will help you achieve your goals. Her training style focuses on constantly varied movements that are tailored to each clients needs while utilizing TRX systems, free weights, kettlebells and always challenging balance, strength and form.

Erin is an AFFA certified personal trainer. She has been dancing since childhood and became a trainer to share her love for movement.. She graduated from Drury University with a degree in Theater and is currently Artistic Director and choreographer for Version Excursion Dance. She has also worked with Seattle International Dance for the past seven years and performed with many companies in the Seattle area.
In addition to personal training, Erin has taught several formats of group fitness, including Les Mills BodyFlow and Kinesis. After recovering from an injury, Erin became inspired to shift her focus to a more holistic approach to help people feel good about their bodies. She believes that movement should feel good and enjoyable. It's all about finding activities that are fun!

Tyreese grew up in LA and moved to Seattle in 2008 to play basketball for the University of Washington. After playing for 2 years he was forced to retire due to an unforeseen genetic heart disease. After Tyreese’s playing career was finished he decided to put his passion into helping people reach their fitness and athletic goals. In 2016, Tyreese and a group of friends started AAU Basketball to help children find a healthy balance between the pursuit of their professional aspirations and personal development.
Tyreese was raised in a family of athletes and has a passion for growth and competition. His recent academic endeavors and athletic background have shown him that through healthy competition there is an opportunity to grow both physically and mentally. Tyreese believes that the “Perfect Body” is the one that functions perfectly in your daily life and all athletic and fitness goals should be based on functionality and not fashion..

Jamie grew up in Nebraska and is a huge Husker fan! He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree, in Exercise Science, from Wayne State College in 1997. For the past 20 years he has been a certified personal trainer. Jamie is also a Level 3 Certified Golf Fitness Professional through the Titleist Performance Institute. He is the owner and operator of GreenLake Fitness and Kenmore Fitness. Jamie loves a challenge! He has climbed Mt. Rainier, Mt. Shasta, Mt. Stuart and many others. He has also completed two Tough Mudders and a couple other adventure races. Notably, he successfully rock climbed Devil's Tower, in Wyoming with his father-in-law, in 2015. He is married with two wonderful children!
